Vitalisation is the process of using sound waves to change the molecular structure of wine and the spectrum of its molecular discharge. Under the influence of specially selected classical music, our wine intensifies its superb qualities and enriching impact on the human body.

HOW DOES VITALISATION WORK?
In a dedicated soundproof environment a selection of BALAR wines, crafted using quality, well-ripen grapes, matures for several months (3-12 months) with classical music from the most world-renowned composers playing within the oak barrels.
Our extensive research and engineering work in the field of hydroacoustics led to the development of cutting edge sensors and devices which transform the electrical signal into a mechanical wave. Via balancing of the engineering devices the wave potential of the music is concentrated directly into our signature wines ageing in the oak barrels, while preventing the natural property of sound to disperse its potential in the environment.
EXCLUSIVE 1st VITALISED WINE COLLECTION
The collection aged under the eternal masterpieces of Ludwig van Beethoven. Their powerful charge, poured into the oak barrels, transforms the wine inside into the very first vitalised wine in the world.
Once bottled, the wine continues to develop a complex flavour profile. The bottles of the first collection are coated with platinum in order to optimally protect them from external wave interference over a longer period of time.
Each bottle is individually numbered and is of collector ́s value.
