Intriguing wine, reminiscent of morning dew, red fruits and vanilla. The taste reveals a delicate touch of walnuts, leaving a lingering firm finish.

Crafted using Syrah and Merlot grapes grown in our own vineyards. The harvest has been deliberately reduced to 350 kg/decare. We have used the grape’s natural qualities to achieve an exceptional combination of taste and aroma. 

Our wine is made with minimal intervention and without additional stabilisation, hence it may contain fine sediment – a sign of purity and quality.
